Our Mission

"Our mission is not simply to provide services. It is to support people in living meaningful lives within their communities."

That belief shapes every decision we make — from how we hire and train our staff to how we plan each individual's day.

The individuals Abilities LLC supports are whole people. They have personalities, preferences, relationships, histories, and futures. Our job is to understand who they are and support them in living lives that are genuinely their own.

We walk alongside individuals, provide support when needed, and step back when it isn't.

Every person has the right to take reasonable risks, make choices, and experience natural consequences. We follow the federal HCBS Final Rule to the letter — no blanket house rules, no informal restrictions, every individual's preferences respected.

What We Stand For

Three values that show up in every shift.

Value — I

Integrity

Acting honestly, ethically, and responsibly in everything we do — protecting individual rights and being truthful even when it's uncomfortable.

Value — II

Community

Building genuine belonging, inclusion, and connection — within our homes, our workplaces, and the wider community.

Value — III

Empathy

Listen first. Respond without judgment. Recognize that everyone is carrying something you may not see.
